Oh wow, those are different. I've never seen that style either! It doesn't look anything like the US/Canada or UK costumes I've seen, but It does look like that was taken in a TV studio.. Hmmmmmmmm, I wonder if this was in another country as well.

IT says it was NBC at the Macy's parade...thinking 1982 or 1983? I kind of like how Tenderheart looks there!
